Springfield DH BW is a 48% Tencel 40% Modacrylic 12% Aramid blend of fibers that provides exceptional flash fire and electric arc protection. These fabrics may be a bit off-color but are otherwise first quality goods.
Springfield's new inherently FR fabric exceeds industry standards by offering more than twice the protection of any chemically treated cotton/nylon fabric when exposed to a 4-second flash fire. Springfield DH retains significant strength and structural integrity after thermal exposure, ensuring the fabric remains intact. It will not melt, stick or drip when exposed to extreme temperature or flame.
