RETURN POLICY

No returns on any special order item. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. No rejections, returns, or allowances made after goods are cut, processed, or converted in any manner. There are no warranties, express or implied. A 30% restocking charge will be applied on returned goods.

It is at the sole discretion of Rockywoods Fabrics, whether or not replacement items will be sent when the original order is not shipped directly to the purchaser.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of items purchased from Rockywoods for use in their particular application.

By submitting payment, or approving an entered purchase order on your behalf, you agree to the above terms and conditions and agree to waive your own.

Beginning July 1, 2022, all shipments within Colorado, excluding wholesale sales, will be charged an additional $0.28 per delivery. This fee will be remitted to the CDOR.
