This is a very nice heavy stretch Nylon/Spandex ribbing. It is 38-48" wide. This item is sold by the running inch with a minimum order of 9".
Suitable for heavy jackets, windbreakers, sweatshirts, and coats. Other customers have also used this to make dog coats or the cuffs on dog booties.
To order, decide on the width of the cuff or waistband, double that width and add 1". For instance, a 3" cuff would require 2x3+1 or 7".
