2-Layer ULTREX water repellent fabric made by Burlington.
This fabric was made with a breathable waterproof membrane on the back, but it has degraded and no longer fully prevents water from passing through. It may be yellowed in places or peel away from the edges. 2-layer fabrics are intended to be lined to preserve the membrane so we recommend lining this with something light and breathable. The face of this fabric is still highly water repellent.
