When will my Rockywoods order ship?
Our system forecasts your ship date by adding our current processing time to your order entry date if you order before 11am. If you order after 11am, then that is considered the next business date. Business dates do not include weekends and US Federal holidays.
If your shipping method is an express method such as FedEx 2-Day, then we try and get that out the same day it is received. FedEx and UPS cut-off times for us are typically 2pm MST and so orders placed after 1pm will typically ship the next business day.
Sample orders are fulfilled slightly differently and may take one extra day.
