Return Policy

No returns on any special order item. All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. No rejections, returns or allowances are made after goods are cut, processed, or converted in any manner. There are no warranties, express or implied. A 30% restocking charge will be applied to returned fabric.

Please get a Return Authorization number by calling us prior to returning any items. Items returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA) will not receive credit.

It is at the sole discretion of Rockywoods Fabrics whether replacement items will be sent when the original order is not shipped directly to the purchaser.
